Appointments are required.  Registration is typically the most crowded between 8 AM and 8:30 AM, but as long as you arrive before 10 AM, we will get you registered.

Surgeries check in anytime between 8:00 AM-9:00 AM
You will be given a discharge time when you register on the morning of surgery.  This will vary based on caseload but will be typically late afternoon or early evening the day of surgery.

Animals that only need vaccinations and/or routine testing need to arrive anytime between 9-10 Am

If you would like your pet to have vaccinations, please arrive with any prior records you may have.  This will help us advise you on vaccination boosters that may be due as well as determine if a rabies vaccine will be good for 1 year or 3 years.

Cats need to arrive in separate, secured carriers with a small towel (ex: dish towel)

Dogs need to arrive on leashes. Please allow your dog to exercise and use the bathroom prior to check in.

Animals having surgery need to refrain from food after midnight the night before.  It is OK for them to have water. Animals under the age of 4 months should  have a small meal on the morning of their surgery.

If you are unsure of the exact location of your appointment, please visit our "Locations" tab on our home page. Please also visit "What to Expect" under the New Patient tab to familiarize yourself with our program and details for the day of surgery.
